Down again. I usually have a big dip when I start on any regimen, I don't know if it's water weight or...? I'm still going to enjoy it, darn it! I'm using 1300 as my goal, my endocrinologist recommended I go as low as 1200, but there seems to be a lot of debate around healthy numbers. I would welcome any feedback around that.

I have definitely been sedentary through winter. I usually do a walk with the dog, about half an hour, these days. But I don't want to increase my activity level here until I really earn it for risk of overestimating calories burned. 1300 feels like a good mark although as I adjust, I want to try for 1200 (esp on extra lazy days).
