I normally only weigh myself (or at least record on FS) once a week because the ups and downs are less important than the trend. But after struggling to lose a pound over 3 weeks, all of a sudden I’m losing weight every day. I’m not complaining, but it’s so odd that I’m doing the exact same things (for the most part except now I’m doing health meditation and affirmations at night before bed), but all of a sudden I’ve had more scale movement in a few days than I had in nearly 20 days prior to this week. Really odd... but I’ll take it.

Ive had a similar issue and I think I'm going to start to take some of my measurements and record them when I log weight. I've seen the tip on here a few times and it seems to work and help show progress from multiple facets. Muscle weighs more than fat after all.
