Yay. The the pizza bloating from Sunday is steadily coming down. When I weighed 98kg, I think that I must have been bloated all the time because I ate so much pastry and bread type foods. Now when it happens, and I feel so uncomfortable and sore even - I really can't imagine how I used to cope, I was so detached from my body! anyway, 3 years of healthy habits and IF and I'm finally more in tune with what makes my body feel strong and healthy and how I respond to different food types.
