I’ve been avoiding the scale. Christmas and New Years got me, then we were snowed in for a week and a half. I’ve been baking my heart away! Brownies, apple crisps, fudge pies, Oh My! I can’t afford to buy bigger clothes...again... so I better get back on the wagon. That poor wagon. It’s falling apart. One wheel is barely hanging on to the axle. But, alas... My stomach is getting in the way when I go to tie my shoe, or even just sitting... so I must shun my baking delights for a bit until I can be trusted not to eat half the pan! Today I’m going to make an honest effort to stay within my 1500 calories and get on my rowing machine and elliptical. It’s time. This sloth must get out of her sweatpants and pj bottoms and trim that tummy down! No being sad about gaining a lot of the weight back or beating myself up over it, just start moving forward! Actually... I just need to start moving! And I need to eat that salad I keep moving out of the way!(it’s in the way of the fudge pie in the fridge... I have to take the salad out to get to the fudge deliciousness.... lol)
I hope everyone is having a great year so far and is staying warm and healthy!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Sunny!!! At first I thought this was my post, avoiding the scale, because I am also avoiding the scale lately.😟 I’m not quitting either!! I’m not moving the salad aside for the fudge cause I don’t have salad to move aside!😞 Both of us let’s start today being good, getting back on track, eating correctly. I follow people that are uplifting and funny and just as I felt like giving up, I decided I’m gonna work hard and weigh in on Friday and then I read your post and realized we were in the same boat, oops - I meant wagon.😊 Too many holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and we got to get back on track before Easter gets here.😋 Let’s fix the wagon wheel and start today anew! Happy Tuesday and we’re not gonna listen that it’s Taco Tuesday.😁🌺 1,500 it is!!! Hey, what’s 1 pound anyway? I think we have an easy road back.

You are not alone. I gained all the weight I lost back. I ended up going to 335lbs after the hollidays. Keep working at it and you will get closer to your goal. So far I had lost 15lbs since then. Think of the reason why you are getting healthy and use it as motivation to push yourself forward. You got this!
