I'm doing something right!
I know my diet is on point. I've notice the scale weight dropping and seeing more veins and muscles appearing. Thanks to Diablo and HebrewsOne for always advocating a high protein diet - here's proof it works.
Here's the kicker that makes me elated:
I had a body scan done on February 2nd. I just had another one done today and the results are amazing!
This month alone I...
- lost 3.2 pounds
- dropped 2.1% body fat to now 15% 😀
- increased 1.1 pounds of muscle mass
Since August I...
- added 3" to my shoulder measurements
- added 4.5" to my chest
- added 1.5" to my arms
- lost 1.5" from my waist
- added 1-2" to everything else
The awesome part is in August I...
- weighed 153 (9 pounds less than now)
- looked chubbier when naked
- my body fat was at 19%
- my strength and endurance was SO much less than now
My muscles are growing like crazy and the fat is like desert sand being blown away to reveal the treasure that's been hiding for so long!
