I had such a horrible month. My mental health has been in the gutter 🙃 Been staring and walking passed the scale too anxious to get on because I knew that I’d be really bummed if I lost some of the progress I made the last 4 months.

Turns out after 9 months of hard work and small steps, a horrible month won’t necessarily undo all the strides made.

Forgive and extend grace to yourself and pick up where you left off.
