Lots of snacks this weekend and high sodium caught up with me. Im still happy with my progress though.
I made a list yesterday of what I wanted to accomplish and then I got real lazy. I did go for a walk with my kid but it was a short one. I dont know what the deal was but hopefully Im over it today.
