VLCD # 15. Didn't lose anything today but thats ok because I lost a ton yesterday. I have decided to go 30 days so I can meet my ultimate goal weight. My first goal weight is 150. I have had this goal since last april. I have decided to reach that goal and then go just a little further to see what my body looks like. I have not weighed 145 since high school (since I have been over weight my adult/teenage life) and I want to see what my body looks like without all this fat on it (not that there is alot left :) ). We will see though.
