Up another 100 grams! Grrrrrrr. Will make a better effort to drink more water today, is always tough on the weekend LOL. Lots of putting out washing and housework today so that should be a good workout.

Slept bad last night, we thought there were quakes all night but when I looked on the website there hadn't been anything significant so maybe we just need a new mattress that doesn't move so much! LOL.

Going to try to eat breakfast earlier too, and remember to take my vitamins.
