Finally the scale went the right direction! To have lost in the same week as Thanksgiving is thrilling for me. And I didn't feel too deprived. Now I have to start planning my Christmas strategy. There will be more people involved and more food that is off limits to me. But I enjoy the planning and strategizing so it's time to get to work.
