Idk whats up with me lately, I keep forgetting to eat. I guess ive been so usy this week. Just had a lot going on, which is why I havetnt entered much food the past few days. Im not going over my calories though, I know that... Im WAY under. Which is probably why I lost this much weight. Things should be slowing down for me sooooon so hopefully Ill get back on a normal schedule. :)

no skipping meals! It messes with your hormines and jacks up your metabolism

Sometimes i do that, but i have to set my alaram, cause i know i will over eat later for skipping meals.
