I've been dealing with a painful foot for a week and find myself on crutches today. I didnt sit here eating icecream and pop all day. Had lentil soup for lunch, a few rice crackers this afternoon. But I've jumped like 2lbs in 24 hours. I'm not too concerned about it. it's just amazing how other physical conditions can have such an impact on your weight.
