Honestly? I find it sort of a bummer. I've been at my 'target' weight once, during a really hard season at college where I only ate soup because I was outright miserable. I have weighed less, and felt better, but this is where I was in 1996, and it's where I am now. It's less of a journey and more of spinning wheels. In the past year I did make it to nearly 10lbs less than this moment, but as soon as I was there I was hungry all of the time, which is also not great. I just.....don't know.
