Another weigh in. Not as excited about this week's weightloss as i should be, but i know it's because i went waaaaaay overboard last weekend. I'm happy that i'm going down again. I know this is a long journey and that it takes time, and that i believe is the biggest accomplishment. I'm no longer watching the time tick away, i'm just IN this. It will come off if i keep this up.

My goal is to increase my exercise. I know it's a lame excuse, but i'm waiting for the days to start get longer so that i can start jogging again after work. It's so hard when it's pitch black outside when i get off work. I plan to go to the gym a couple of times next week to do some classes, but i just hate jogging on the treadmill. I used to do it, but i'm just not quite back to that point yet. Maybe in the upcoming months.

Anyway, progress is progress and i'm not going to fight with it. :-)
