bit disappointed. I really need to get back on track :( seeing the dietician tomorrow. Since I started on my antidepressants my motivation dropped from 10 to 0. I'm not strong enough

You are strong enough!!! You are capable!!! You are NOT your weight!!! Motivation does not equal strength. Tip to consider, especially if anxiety / depression is a factor, take the batteries out of the scale. Take a photo (and don’t look at it if it freaks you out) and follow the rules ... drink water, exercise and try stay within your calories most days. Take care of your body and your mind. Then when time has passed and you are feeling a bit better take a follow up photo. The scale shows numbers only. It’s a poor measure of progress.

What I have found helpful is just deciding I’m going to do X, and if I wake up feeling good or bad, I just do what I decided. This has helped me because my motivation does disappear when I have a bad weigh in.
