🤭 Edzz, try weighing in more often. I do that and I find it very motivating. What sort of eating plan do you have? If you pre-prepare and use the food diary and here to record everything including exercise, you’ll get a much better idea of what helps and what hinders you in the journey to fitness. Onward and downward!!!

Thanks for the tups ;) I weigh in weekly, weighing in more frequently I don't find to be motivating unfortunately, i like to see consistent solid loss over a weekly basis. I know from experience a 20% deficit in my caloric intake + moderating my carb macros to a somewhat 'low carb' usually no more than 50-70gs net carbs per day keeps me sane, but helps me lose weight maintaining a fat burning of at least 1kg a week. Im confident even with a minor cheat meal this week and last week i'll be down again on weigh in tomorrow :) Excited!
