Down a little more today, to my delight. February begins well. I hope it ends well. I have not weighed this little in years. At the end of summer I fitted into a guayabera I bought in 2003 in Nicaragua, which I haven't been able to fit into since that summer of tropical exertion in Jamaica and Nicaragua. This winter, I think, I weigh less than I did that summer, indeed less than I have at any time since the late 90s; possibly since the late 80s. I have a long way to go, but I'm seeing results and I'm not giving up.

It's great to visit your journal and see that you are still determined to make your goal. I am very happy for you! Wouldn't be surprised if that guayabera is too baggy now. ;)

Thanks. It's too cold to wear it, of course, and too soon to buy new ones. I'm trying to figure out what to wear for the summer (and not sure how much I'll weigh; I'm hoping it'll be at least two stone or so, thirty pounds, less than I do now).
