Yay down 200 grams!
Slept really well too, now hubby has a new pillow LOL.
Made a yummy dessert last night from cream cheese, lemon juice, coconut, egg and splenda. Nice to have something different for a change LOL. Ate two huge salads yesterday too - good in our heat!!
Beautiful sunny day today, won't be as hot thankfully!

2 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 egg
sweetener to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon coconut
Mix the egg and cream cheese but leave it slightly lumpy, then mix the rest of the ingredients and microwave for 50 seconds - 1 minute(depending on the power of your microwave and the container you cook it in - mine only took 50 seconds)
I made it the other day too with vanilla extract instead of coconut - trying to change it around for different tastes.
Enjoy!

Oh I hope you don't have rats..I had one jump on the bed with me once..
He got into my make up and ate it. We had to use a steele trap and put it in the trash can to finally catch it..A friend brought us a cat and we never saw any more rats after that...Bren

Squiggs, glad that you got a good sleep! MMMMM I am going to try that dessert..I have coconut extract which has no carbs, so maybe I'll try that. And then put some Torani SF Raspberry syrup on it. We had sewer rats once when we forst got married..the screen grate came off the pipe that drained into the sewer system, and they crawled back up that pipe and into the basement of our house. I saw that nasty little buggar on the stairs and I grabbed my broom and beat it until it ran back into the sewer pipe and then I put a new grate on the house end of the pipe! Nasty, nasty things!
