My official weight this morning is 137.5kg
I decided to not follow any of my eating rules as I got back to gym after 3 years and new that my appetite would be huge after a gym session and I should get used to weight training before adjusting my eating. Also the 1st few weeks at gym results in alot of water retention.
Yes, I know it's all excuses but being too strict will make it just too hard for me.
So I'm about 7 weeks into basic weight training and started with the smallest weights for the 1st few weeks and now I'm starting to increase weights and reps. I've decided to start getting my eating geared up for fatloss as of today :)
