Today I have reached 70 pounds lost. So this is my LDW. I almost made it to my goal but I will take it. Maybe I will stabilize under my LDW... heres hoping. Second to last day on VLCD. I had some eggs this morning and they tasted sooooo good. I can't wait to eat cottage cheese tonight. I'm so happy to be done with this phase.
