Well I did it, I reached my 1lb goal for this week. It was freakin hard too!! 182, wow. Do you know how good it is to wake up and look in the mirror and like what you see? I love my body. I do I really really do! I am wearing clothes that other people wear, like normal clothes. Clothes my style that you can find anywhere. That I can not get use to. I also cant get use to putting on a pair of jeans and a t shirt and having them fit, be comfortable and look ok.


New goals...
By next Friday I would like to be 180lbs.
I will be more active this week.

Yipeee for you!!! I'm so impressed!! I myself appear to be "stuck" just under that 200 mark but I am NOT complaining!! I think I am going to see some major slowing in my own loss ... those last 23 lbs are going to come off slow and hard. But, that's okay, right? I so happy for you ... I know how much you wanted to see another pound down!! Congrats!!
