Making lemonade out of lemons!
My director recently moved my hours to 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. This is such a large departure from my usual 7 am to 4:00 pm and it has really messed with my eating schedule. I wake up and eat at the same time (6:15 and 6:30 am respectively) but getting out of work so late has made it impossible to eat dinner at a reasonable hour. By the time I get home and wind down a bit I don't even want to eat.
Over the last two weeks I've been making small veggie sides every other night and packing and extra large lunch with late day snacks and not eating dinner. I make sure I hit my calorie mark but I realized I'm basically doing a form of intermittent fasting...and it's surprisingly working!
I've been losing more fat than muscle mass which is really such a relief. I have about 5 more lbs to go before I reach a healthy fat % (31.00). I'm actually pretty excited :D
