Feeling pretty good today. Have not gained anything, but have not lost either, but feel good! Went to the gym yesterday, then played volleyball after work, so got in a great work out. Eating well..trying to get in more protein. I am planning on either walking or going to the gym again today at lunch then have a softball game after work, so good exercise again today! I think I am back on track and I am hoping (fingers crossed) that I do good and reach my goal! I am also working on toning again...lifting, but not much, I don't want to bulk up just want to tone! Thanks for all the confidence you have sent to me!!!

Sounds like your really committed. What kind of toning program are you doing?? I would like to start added strength training to my workouts but I dont know where to start.
