I have not done what I set out to do, but I can only get up and try again. Though I have not been counting calories the way I know I need to do, I have been more restrained in general. A legitimate excuse for not going to the gym is that my car has been being repaired for an extended period. The weather has discouraged me from going out and walking, but I can't pretend that it has always been especially treacherous, so that's not going to cut it. I definitely need to treat the walking as NOT optional, and only skippable in cases of actual danger or emergency.
