So.....! My Sunday a.m. weigh in was up, what with starting to feel better and so, pigging out, but.......since this IS our Victoria Day wknd. I figure I can slide in the side door with Monday's starting number of 180.6! Then, after 2 walkabouts, an afternoon of doing flowerbed work for the Honey Do List, and doing lunch and dinner, ending my day at 179.6 ------ I should be happy. And I am, but no being careless now, or I'll slip back again and push my July 1st goal of 170 out of reach. I must say though that I am very blessed to have a wife that is 100% helpful to me, both in shopping and mealtime offerings. She makes it much easier to accomplish these goals.
