The first day of the rest of my healthy life. I plan on making this a lifestyle. I will learn all that I can about good nutrition and how to cook foods high in nutritional value. I will count calories and nutritional values. I plan on only using ingredients that are easy to find at any local grocery store. I plan on searching for or creating recipes that are easy, tasty and nutritional. I also plan on adding in daily exercise. I have joined the YMCA. I will also look for physical outdoor activities that I find fun.
