Dear Hungry Beast that lives inside my head,
I wanted to let you know that although yesterday was a DOOSEY and with your help I managed to give in to every possible food temptation imaginable, I have returned to battle, ready to fight another day! I am bruised, but not broken!
I have no doubt you will rear your ugly head again at some point today, but I am ready for you. Make no mistake, I WILL INFILTRATE YOUR SYSTEM AND TAKE YOU DOWN! It is only a matter of time because with every victory and every setback, I am getting stronger. And though my scale may not reflect the master plan that is currently under weigh... in due time you will be powerless within my grasp!! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (evil laugh)
