Starting from the beginning again to get back on track. So far I've learned to stay away from BBQS and alcoholic beverages. Every time I indulge in either one, the weight gain comes about. If I do grilled food, it needs to be without the BBQ sauce or use a sugar free BBQ sauce. No more than one alcoholic beverage on special occasions.
