Keeping on the trying to stay around two thousand calories a day. It worked again this week, because I was able to drop two more pounds. I did drop a few pounds in the torielt before I weighed in, but that is just a bonus, because I stuck to the "diet" all week A couple of nights I could not accuratly count all of the calories, so I just did my best guess. I even went out for mexican, and had a large Margarita, and a HUGE Burritto...
Excersise has been steady. Although I did not do ANY exceresie, or even strenuouis activity over the sat and sunday weekend. Oh well, I was also SICK. Not too sick really, just sick enough not to do anything. We did go to church though. Then to Burger King, where I did not order anything because I did not need to eat.
I have been eating my oatmeal every morning, and then at work I have been having a sandwich around noon, then another around three. I get home and have had aten about 1100 calories, then dinner usually gets me to around 1700..which somethimes leaves a little room for a snack before bedtime, witch has been rolling around in about 9:00.
