Trying very hard NOT to overeat in the evenings and to exercise every day. Processed sugar is decreased dramatically-tryiong to stick to sugar free jello and pudding to get my "fix" with the occasional bit of fruit. Lovely nectarine the other day. I try be a locavore but had to have nectarine! Winter fruits don't do it for me...Have to up my fibre too.
Since reintroducing the dreaded lunges, my backside is killing me! Still doing them and running every other day-it will go away..
