Up a lb, but considering my total lack of conscientious eating this weekend, I'm ok with it. Saturday, some shopping, got the dog bathed and groomed, bought replacement light for the dining room and after all the running around - I was ready for a beer and chillaxin' :-)
I grilled 2 steaks, 2 chicken breasts and baked some potatoes so I really didn't have anything green until Sunday. I chopped the chicken breast up and made chicken salad and had raw broccoli on the side.
This is a new week I have goals to meet! Plus, I might be singing at the VeeEfDubYa in Oklahoma this weekend, and I want to wear my size 16 jeans, not the 18's. I know I will :-D
