Let's give this another try.
I want to stop the comfort eating and the boredom eating.
My goal is to eat when I am hungry, and to stop before I am full, right when I feel satisfied.
I haven't been doing that at all.
I also have been almost totally sedentary for the last couple months.
It's been cold and I haven't been motivated, but now I am tired of being a lazy butt and I want to start doing at least some exercise every day.
I have lots of workout videos and a weight bench, so there's no excuse.
Even a short workout is better than nothing.
I don't want to get caught up in the calories again, so instead of using the food log I will just write here estimated portions and what I had for meals and snacks.
Oh, and I also want to start eating more vegetables and fruit! I have been eating way too much sugar instead!
