Slightly up on scale this week. Weather way too cold here is week to run plus there were high winds. So only got out one day this week to run. But weather is good today so I will go for a run at lunch time. We did do Jillian Michaels video twice this week.
Tired today because my little guy was coughing a lot last night. When he's on the go it doesn't seem to bother him but once he lays down, then the coughing kicks in. But apparently every parent I talk to is claiming that their son/daughter has the same problem. So, I guess we carry on! Tomorrow is the birthday party. Lots of prepping to do. And the weather for tomorrow is not sounding good. May get snow or snow/rain mixed and all day into the night. Have see how that goes.
