Human delusion knows no bounds. Just looking at pics from a couple weeks ago, which at the time I thought were pretty good, and thinking that had someone else posted them, I would have thought "Nice Start." Correctly. Sick of being angry, depleted, weak, productivity impaired, and still fat with abs. Mostly sick of being still fat. Even more sick of listening to myself complain about it.

Struggling to meet the Tyson standard of doing necessary shit I hate as though I love it.

Onward.

Jimmie, don't want to interrupt your self-loathing rant too much, but is there maybe a supplemental exercise you've been wanting to try for a while, but haven't yet? (E.g.: fencing, archery, martial arts, Hip-hop, synchronized swimming 😁) Finding something you truly enjoy can make workouts fun, and you'd actually look forward to the burn. Obviously some are more expensive than others, but a lot of places give discounts for newbies.

@jb Heard. Appreciate the thought. No self loathing. Just the cut ranting. Lifting is my main thing. Right now it is less enjoyable due to diet. Under 5# of fat to go, so done and of a brighter disposition in a minute..
