Yayday for Weighday! Just one pound less than 2 weeks ago, but I will take it!

Stressful day, but reminded myself that it was still a day & that my intake still mattered. I overate at times, but if today's stress came at a different time in my life I could imagine having eaten so much more.

For example, I'd have had a few waffles or a bagel before leaving for work. I'd have gobbled down an entire half of the eggplant parmesan hoagie sometime between leaving the office at lunchtime & coming back. Or I'd have gotten a sandwich at Panera instead of the soup & salad that I didn't have time to sit down & eat. And I'd have eaten most of the rest of the hoagie on my way home. I'd have gotten food at Sheetz in addition to my drink & at home I'd have finished the whole container of dried fruit, at least an entire Chipotle bowl, and a spattering of other snacks, plus a much greater quantity of the mac & cheese.

Presently I feel a bit full, but earlier I felt very weak & tired. All things considered, I'm pleased with how I responded to the day.
