OOOH MAN! i don't believe it, i gained 1.2 this week, we did have pizza one night for supper, but other than that i stayed with the program and weighed and measured everything. it is that "special time", so maybe thats it, i don't know but now i'm starting to get really frustrated. i don't really feel like i'm depriving myself but i'm just not making any progress. i don't always use my flex points and sometimes i use some, is it possible i'm not eating enough, it feels as though i am, i'm not hungry, i'm trying to eat more healthy foods ie; fruits and wider variety of vegetables, i eat protein and high fiber stuff. maybe i've just hit a plateau???? if any body has any suggestions i would be grateful for any advice. i do know i have to increase my exercise, and get more regular with a routine. the past couple of weeks has been tough, we were very short at work and i was working at an increased pace and i'm on my feet almost 12 hours a day, and of course when i would get home i'm too tired to even think about exercise. HELP ME!!!!!

It looks like a plateau to me. Your graph and weight loss look great. Just continue as you are doing-I think you are doing just great!
