I'm about 3 months into this lifestyle change and man is it hard. I just this morning took my photos and Dear God I need help!😭 I don't know how to work any harder or faster and what I'm doing just isn't working. I need a new method I'm afraid. I did take the advice given (thank you) and my food scale will be here today.

I could probably drink a little more but I think I do okay. I'm gonna start tracking that too. I mostly sleep pretty well at least rn while my kids are on summer break. Stress I am doing MUCH BETTER stress but I do kind of live in a high stress environment. I just weighed my 1st meal n it was a 6oz salad. Hopefully that was accurate. Thank u for all the tips.

Nice. Try to weigh each individual item in grams for the most accurate measurement. Select the most similar product on the app ex. Rotisserie chicken skin not eaten, bone removed; baked sweet potato fat not added skin eaten. If you live in a high stress environment try closing your eyes for 3-5 breaths before eating. You’re going to do great!
