3M Ellip: 30+, forgot to check... Body Work Sauna
Finally slightly visibly leaner in the face and lower abs even as the scale and waist remain constant. Morning BF% came in within a point of 2018 record. Maybe I wasn't as ripped as I thought I was in 2018...Matters not. Headed in the right direction albeit at a glacial pace. Patience.
Busy day. Productive. Rando in the 7-11 tells me I look fit. Neighbor girl cruised the house twice. Happens every time. It is crazy how differently my, uh, interactions with the world go when I start getting legitimately lean. Maybe it's the face.
Late late to the gym. Almost didn't go. Total bonk. Didn't even get through warm ups to a top set. Knee tweaking in the squat rack at 225. Elbow, wrapped, tweaking under a 135 incline. Packed it up and walked away. Too few calories to lift this heavy for me. Time to adjust.
Did force myself to get my ab Supersets done. Gave myself permission to refeed ad libitem. Drove right by five guys and Popeyes and pulled through the 7-11 without eating a bite. Pound of butter basted, garlic slathered, NY Strip , baked giant yam with sour cream, creamed spinach topped with a preposterous pile of melted parm. Killed off my granola stash to end the festivities. Stuffed af. 1986k on the day. Pacing right on plan at 1700 on the week.
Onward.
