Mixed bag of emotions and eating this past week. Also been kind of crippled with a flare-up of Plantar Fasciitis, just on my left heel only. I have not had a flare-up for many years. It is so painful all day long, that I have more inactive than usual. No walking with my walker outdoors this week at all. I also ate more calories on average, than during previous weeks, so my weight is essentially the same. I need to keep calories below 1100 each day this coming week in order to loose. This Weeks goal: loose 2 lbs - weigh 205 by Jul 24, 21

I'm so sorry to hear of your pain. The worst! But be proud. The fact that you didn't gain while unable to get your daily exercise, is amazing. In fact, it looks like you lost a bit. Feel better!
