I think I put my body into shock last night. I worked out on the treadmill for 45 minutes for the 2nd day in a row and then I couldn't fall asleep until 2 AM. Exercising at 8PM might be a bad idea. My body panicked and decided to remind me of every stressful event that had happened, was currently happening, and couple possibly happen in the future.

Good news.. eating wasn't half bad, I worked out, and I'm not letting my new talent of falling asleep and drooling on random surfaces derail me today.

I cannot work out past 5pm or I'll be up all night. I try to get my workout in in am to start my day fresh ..

I hear ya! If I do any physical activity too close to bedtime, it kicks my brain into overdrive. She's already noisy at baseline, so it's not a great combo. 🙄 Meditating has been super helpful for me to learn how to quiet her down, though!

I don't think I will ever get that sleep thing I am happy if I get six and a half hours though would like 8
