Double dinner last night after posting best set of Squats since 2017. Went full sushi feast. Home and starving. Haven't shopped, so no meat at hand. Managed to cram nearly 1100 into a single "scrap" quesadilla. Turkey, Canadian bacon and cheese. That bad boy was like an inch thick. 80g protein. Basically a quesadilla with the macronutrient profile of a ribeye.
Decidedly bloofy this morning.
