Okay here are my 3 old and unwanted habits that I want to break over the next 10-days! Here is also how I am going to actively break my habits.
1. Brush and Floss every night by 10pm! * I bought a new toothbrush with little motor in it to pump me up!
2. No snacks after 10pm! * Instead go straight to bed, read, or just lay there, but no work or late night movies.
3. Read more! Not magazines or business books. *Finish "Born to Run" by the end of 10-days.
