P.R. for 2021! and 1st time in the sub 210 weight class in over 3 years. crazy to think I have been on this journey before. I traveled the road to 201 pounds, then I blinked and 30 pounds snuck back on. I saw it happening, I knew what needed to be done..... heck I KNEW it would work, too. yet I allowed those pounds to return. this time, my goal is 195 pounds. my plan is loose, stabilize, loose, stabilize until goal weight achieved. maybe there by 66th birthday. 😎
