Started to eat more solids and this time decided to try not being too restrictive but to lower my portion sizes. I have a tendency to overeat… that’s my demon and I gotta fight it. The idea is to eat when I’m hungry and to eat just enough. That seems to be the one thing I can stick with longer than *cough* diets.
