@penny @eral66 @yfritz, thank you. I’m doing better. sometimes the right choices are not understood by those around you but you have no other options. i’ll proceed in faith, and know that I finally put a stop to some toxic behavior. the support here is helping me from backsliding into old eating habits.

@AC ~ it was a mix of “don’t mess up what you’ve achieved”, “stress eating didn’t help before”, and “don’t let people who make toxic choices drag you down.” Plus, reading the Bible. AC, Hang in there, you’ll get through it ☺️💪🏼🙏🏼

WTG!! Nice drop...Glory be to God, with his help and your good choice you've gotten through the weekend also fasting will only strenghten you rather than binging that you may have regreted after. 🙏🏼God bless you

donniemae, the challenging times made me realize how I was not walking closely with Jesus. I wanted solutions but was halfhearted in my faith. I’m focusing on moving forward and being positive to those around me. Appreciate the encouragement!
