So... I dropped my cals down to under 887 as suggested on calculator site. Upped the exercises a bit. Did it for seven days and still weigh the same this week. Will try it for one more week. Maybe my bod is hanging on to the weight cause it thinks I'm starving. LOL - I like to eat too much.
