Well I don't understand it. I was really good eating as I should. Woke up last night at 2am and could have eaten a horse. Stayed in bed fell back to sleep and woke up again at 3am-watched some TV. Then gave in to the cravings- ate hummus, celery, some swiss cheese about an ounce and 8 crackers. (I know but this is going to be my breakfast) Went back to bed a 6am. I am stressing yet over my family in TX and I end up eating. However I am making better choices and smaller amounts, so that is a plus. Baby steps. Now I need to go take my meds and start my laundry.
