Still not sleeping very well, but my attitude is much better today - don't feel like I'm going to bite everyone in the butt! Up a pound-but that's OK. I told you I am in for a bumpy ride - so I expect ups and downs. I just hope there are more downs then ups. Thinking I might make some shrimp stir fried rice. I have frozen stir fry veggies, water chest nuts, cabbage and the shrimp. Need to devein and peel them. I can use a little brown rice I can use up. Sounds like a plan. Hubby is going to the doctor and going to release some frustration about him health. I am not going- don't want any extra unnecessary exposure to COVID before my test. He needs an MRI done on his back to check the progression of the degenerating disc. So well see.

Thanks-- I am keeping my fingers crossed for him to get some kind of answers and further testing.
