staying on Cleveland Clinic Functional ReNew plan, eliminating nightshades, histamine foods, No corn products, No Legumes (beans, peanuts) No Dairy.. Added GF bread and Rice. Trialing Tomatoes but fresh organic, tomato paste, chemical and sugar free sauce. Making my own.

Edema down, puffiness down, epigastric tenderness gone. Still having loose stools / diarrhea after eating, Flautus getting better but still issue.

Got Flu shot 2 days ago and may be why I am feeling so tired today. Pretty good sized reaction to the vaccine in my arm.

Continue steady weight loss. Got to ask are the foods you crave the most the ones that harm the most. Doesn't need to be sweets, can be "healthy " foods like cheese, tomatoes, vinegar products. I was eating salad dressing and mustard straight in a dish. Tried some vinegar salad dressing now off for a couple of weeks and too strong, couldn't handle it.
97,2 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 11,7 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 11,0 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.
