I'm encouraged by the scale because of this lower carb thing. I try to stay around 100 grams of carbs a day. It isn't the minus fiber thing either it's just the carbs in the food. I'm sure if I was more math motivated I would do that and eat more carbs. I hope the last couple sentences made any sense at all lol. most of my carbs are coming from veggies n such. I'm not eating any real sugar, rice , potatoes bread or flour. in so doing I've gone gluten free almost inadvertently lol. I do weekend cheat days that basically just means I let myself go to the CDC recommendations for diabetics of 250 g of carbs maximum. All that means in reality is I eat a bag of Doritos while watching the football game because I don't feel deprived cuz I love what I'm eating now. Oh and I've grown a taste for zuchini as a spaghetti replacement. never would have seen that coming. Have a great weekend y'all.
